In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements and for processing such claims in accordance with the DMCA. This page outlines our policy and procedures for dealing with copyright infringement notices.

Copyright holders or their authorized agents who believe that their copyrighted work has been infringed upon via the services provided by HolyIPTV.com may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our designated agent. To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content has been mistakenly removed due to a copyright claim, you may send us a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, HolyIPTV.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at HolyIPTV.com’s sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
